8.0Very nice old property-well maintained. Good location. Short drive to beach or restaurants. Bedroom nicely furnished, comfortable bed.
− On booking, hadn't realised the room we booked had a shared bathroom. Very rare these days. Communication with host not easy. No email instructions for access. On arrival, a note on the door to telephone host.

− There wasn't anyone in the front office to check us in and out. There was a number posted stating to call the number for assistance.

One night stay on our way to Boston Logan. About an hour to the airport in the early morning worked out perfectly.
