8.0Very nice old property-well maintained. Good location. Short drive to beach or restaurants. Bedroom nicely furnished, comfortable bed.
− On booking, hadn't realised the room we booked had a shared bathroom. Very rare these days. Communication with host not easy. No email instructions for access. On arrival, a note on the door to telephone host.

One night stay on our way to Boston Logan. About an hour to the airport in the early morning worked out perfectly.
