10.0The staff was amazing! Received a welcome text prior to our stay from the concierge team asking if there was anything they could do to help personalize our stay. Team also offered to help make reservations for dinner, shows, etc. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to so many attractions.

4.0I have been staying at this hotel for many years and treated it as a home in New York. Some of the rooms are larger and more comfortable.
− However, now the management has changed their policies. They have become extremely money-minded and have stopped treating guests like guests. After two amazon packages, they have imposed a fee of $5 a package unilaterally and without any advance notification. There is no mention of this on their website or on Booking.com, where I booked. When you pay $500 a night, you do not expect this kind of nickel-and-diming. Needless to say, this is completely completely incorrect and illegal if not done without prior notification and consent.
