8.0I liked my room, it was good for what I needed. You can hear the ice machine and sometimes the washers when they are being used.

2.0Despite the cover photo being a pool, the hotel itself does not have a pool, and you can supposedly use the neighboring aquatic center. Additionally, the hotel has the wrong hours for the pool, and the hours that the aquatic center has are limited. Lo and behold, the pool was actually down for repairs. We went out of our way for a hotel with a pool only to find a hotel without a pool and an aquatic center with a broken one. The hours for the breakfast are 4am-8am, which is entirely unreasonable for a family. There was no food around. We ate dinner and breakfast from a gas station. The rooms themselves have faint odors of years of previous smoking. Linens and carpet had stains. Building not secure, not sure where the "mountain view" is. Overall, pretty much the epitome of false advertising.
