10.0The Manager was particularly helpful when dealing with a window blind that didn't work. I received an apology letter and complimentary cold drinks by way of compensation. Excellent service.
Value for money but only because it’s cheap
5.0− I stayed in the coaching house and it was very tired and in need of renovation, the bathroom light barely worked and the room was very dark. All of the furniture was very tatty.
