10.0พนักงานอัธยาศัยดี บริการทุกอย่างดี เสียอยู่ 2 อย่างคือ ไม่มีเครื่องเป่าผมในห้องพัก เพราะว่ายน้ำในสระน้า อาหารเช้าซ้ำเดิมๆ ไม่เปลี่ยนรายการอาหาร พัก 3 คืน อาหารเช้า 2 วันเหมือนกัน ทำให้ไม่เจริญอาหาร หากพักหลายคืน ก็จะทำให้เบื่อ

Could do much better.
6.0We arrived in a monsoon downpour. No bellboy, just a security guard pointing vaguely in the direction of our room a good 250m away. No umbrella offered. The foot paths were like rivers. Not the best start. The bedroom was ok except the aircon which was totally inadequate. The bathroom was not good at all. The door would not stay closed so the very little cool air that the aircon provided went straight in there. The bathroom was not clean and in poor repair. The toilet looked distrusting. Mould around the plug hole etc. On the plus side, the staff were very nice. I believe it’s the management that let things slip!
