Its...a minimum BUDGET Basic hotel for SINGLE travellers Will NOT recommend for Families at all. SMALL Rooms ...space enough only for One person .... Thir BATHROOM does NOT have a -"exhaust"- so ....All the smell goes back to your room ! --- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The BREAKFAST has ONLY 1 Egg with One Toast and One cup of Tea.... Poorest '"breakfast"- ever seen in any country ! No sausages ..NOT Even any Cereal or Cornflakes. .Nothing! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - WIFI connection very WEAK...goes off for Half a day ..until mechanic comes to repair... . - --- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Coming from AMERICA like Me or from EUROPE and U want to bring your Local GIRLFRIEND in the HOTEL ...Forget it !! The Owner does NOT Allow it .... BTW ...Most HOTELS in BANGLADESH... ALLOW rheir Guests to bring their ..Local GIRLS in their Room..... --- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ONLY THING GOOD ..was their STAFF... Who go Out of the Way to HELP Their guests .. Specially Muzammil -and- Imran.... -very HONEST -&- TRUSTWORTHY People

Don't they bother about comited services

They never spray airosol until u asked , they even deny airport suttel service which one they were comited while my flight also was midnight.

Pros: Costs little to get from the hotel to airport (so you never have to see the hotel again!) Cons: Management uploaded a picture of a gym they don't have, rooms are filthy (dead insects, food on floors), they don't clean rooms, and it's noisy at night. I agree with Agnagui from Dhaka (see TripAdvisor comment) who wrote, "I have never stayed in a hotel room which was worse than this". The attitude of management is completely unprofessional. They uploaded a photo of a gym that is not theirs and advertised "Fitness equipment" on Expedia. They do NOT have a gym & NEVER have. Management only talked to me because a long-term customer saw the Expedia website & photos, spoke English & Bangla, & said their action was fraudulent. The manager said he had not personally put the picture on Expedia, but the previous manager did. But then said he'd been the Manager since 2008! Three staff members told me the Manager knows customers complain about many things, but believe he doesn't care. He took me personally to my room, but was so embarrased by the dirt, food, and dead insects, that he actually took photos with his smartphone of the garbage. For the next 4 days I asked the staff to ring him at various times, but he never answered the phone (I gave up!). The bed sheets were extremely dirty & I was very itchy for the first 2 nights until they changed the sheets. On 4 days they didn't clean the room. There was no toilet paper. A nearby construction site makes a lot of noise at night. AVOID

Average condition hotel for price paid. No breakfast offered whilst included in the price. One way Airport transfer provided on request although staff were not happy claiming 'this is not offered to Hotels.com customers'. Overall good.

In there they tell breakfast free ! :( but they dint give any breakfast :(
