9.0Staff. The staff were excellent. Very friendly. Helped with a room swap. Always got a smile on their faces
− Some areas could use a freshen up. The little shop area they have in reception could be stocked up way more with a wide variety of things, not just food and drink, as the park is located out of town. If you need something quick, it would be ideal to grab it from reception instead of having to drive. Also, the recreation room could use a bit of a upgrade. Maybe some new games instead of so many claw machines. Pool was great, except the end that goes from indoor to outdoor. Maybe put glass up in those spots instead of the screen things that are there now. In winter, the cold air just comes straight through
