Disappointing: Room I booked in advance was given to someone else

− My room was given to someone else even though I booked and paid in advance. I had to sleep in the lobby until 4:00 in the morning to get a room after another person checked out, because all other hotels in the city were fully booked. I was not offered any compensation. Furthermore, there was a mouse next to the trash bags near the breakfast table

1.0Solo ed esclusivamente una cosa: il personale della reception; nel resto tutto da buttare e gridare aiuto: nemmeno una stella va bene come qualifica!
− Tutto: è vecchio, sporco; camera era sporca addirittura piena di cappelli; porta che sta per cadere; per dormire 2 ore ho bloccato la porta con la sedia! Esecrabile Peggio di così non si può!
