6.0スタッフの対応は良かったが、風呂場の蛇口が取れたり、露天風呂へのドアの取手がぐらぐらしていたり、壁紙が破れていたりと、ところどころ壊れているところが多かった。
Weekend by the waterfalls
8.0Onsen with a great view. The outdoor onsen was my favorite. It was a perfect temperature and the environment was relaxing. I was solo traveling so I didn't use the ping pong or karaoke room, but I will definitely bring friends next time. I stayed in a traditional tatami style room and was pleased with the layout. I will say there's not much to eat in the immediate area, so definitely include the breakfast and dinner in your stay.

Cool spot in the middle of izu!
8.0Nice secluded spot next to a river. You kinda need a car, though they do offer shuttle service from I don’t know where. I think it’s good for families since they have a game room with ping pong and karaoke and pet friendly. I had a Japanese room which overlooked the river! The futons were wayyyy too thin and my back paid for it. There nothing around it so opt for the meal plans. Dinners were okay mainly Japanese style. The breaky is early but the checkout at 11 makes up for it. Main problem is that the inside looks a bit shabby in places and it’s a shame they don’t fix the holes in the roof and such. Overall good value.

4.0まず、名前を間違えて登録されていて フロントで訂正したにも関わらず 夕飯時また間違えられた。 確かに夕飯の時間を「17:30」と聞いたし 渡された紙にもそう書いてあったのに 17:30にレストランに向かうと18:00からと言われた。 （17:30から入れてもらいました） ビュッフェだったのですが 夕飯時も次の日の朝も 旦那とふたりで料理を取りに行くと もう退店したと思われ、 途中だった食事や飲み物を下げられてしまった。 まだいるのかもう居ないのか、何かしら札を作るなどして対策をした方がいいと思った。

4.0The facility was older than the photo. Raw eggs were rotten. I reported it, but there was no apology. Because of this, I can't eat raw eggs from now on. 写真よりも施設は古く感じました。 ビュッフェで提供された生卵が腐っていて、スタッフに報告しましたが満足のいく謝罪はありませんでした。その生卵の異臭や見た目がトラウマで今後生卵が食べられそうにありません。
