Per brevi soggiorni e solo a condizione di avere la macchina, la struttura è pratica e confortevole.
7.0Sicuramente la piscina è il punto di forza della struttura, molto grande, al pari di una piscina olimpionica, con bar e numerosi ombrelloni. La colazione offre numerose soluzioni e la proprietaria si è adoperata per fornirci anche alcune cose senza glutine dato che mia moglie è celiaca, cosa non scontata.
− La stanza è molto piccola e forse la presenza di un frigobar e la possibilità di stendere i asciugamani e costumi sono stati i due elementi che più ci sono mancati durante il breve soggiorno. La struttura è collocata tra l'autostrada e Civitanova il che la rende comoda per spostamento tra paesino e paesino ma un po' troppo fuori mano per semplici gite al mare locale (devi sempre prendere l'auto, non è possibile spostarsi a piedi).

8.0La pulizia, la posizione comoda all'autostrada ma a pochi minuti dal mare eppure immersa in una curatissima oasi verde (serve l'auto per arrivarci). Letti molto comodi, biancheria di qualità.
− Ho prenotato 3 camere; quella doppia nel "silos" è molto sacrificata con un mini bagno, va bene per una o due notti
