10.0We loved the property. it was a perfect place to relax with a beautiful empty beach. Stunning views. Helpful staff. Stayed 4 nights. No other bars/restaurants nearby so you must expect to spend most of your time at the property. We did the guided birdwatching trip on the lake which was excellent. Unfortunately, while we were there, the sea was too rough for swimming and so we made good use of the pool. Food was good, especially the Sri Lankan dishes. Would have been nice to have a bar area where you could go for a drink before dinner but this is only a minor criticism.

10.0Really nice hotel with really nice people in a really nice location. No complaints, very happy with the service. Everyone was very kind and eager to make our stay enjoyable. What makes or breaks this hotel is location: if you are happy to stay at the hotel and relax in a quiet peaceful setting, then this hotel is for you. If you’re hoping to do some exploring, this place is a bit out of the way.
2 night stay but wish it was more
10.0We stayed here for 2 nights. The area is very remote leading on to a private beach which is great to relax. The rooms are big and finished to a high standard, although it might have been good to have a telephone to call down for any needs. There are only 7 rooms so it has a peaceful feel and the staff are then very attentive. Everything we needed was taken care of and the food here is great!
