7.0駅に近いロケーションが良い
リピートしても良いHOTEL。提携のサウナを利用出来なかったので…次は、利用したいと思います。
6.0窓の正面が、新潟駅。 電車の到着や、発車が見えるのが良かった。 また、駅から徒歩数分の距離。 駅前で飲み、電車に乗る友人を送り出してHOTELに戻れて便利。
− 外壁工事のため、足場が組まれていたが…何かの拍子に、壁の外からドン！と音が。 角部屋だったので、驚いてしまった。

仕事や出張で、シャワーとベッドがあればOKな人にオススメします。
7.0駅近で安い！ 朝のバイキングも一般的なメニューが揃っていて、仕事前としては問題ありませんでした。
− 施設が古くハンガーやベッドフレームなどが気になった。
