THEY CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!
2.0Do NOT stay at this hotel. We booked 2 rooms -one via their direct website and one via phone directly to their front desk. They double charged us for one room and then refused to refund our money, claiming we booked 3rd party, which we DID NOT. Also, both sets of key cards were deactivated at random times throughout our stay, resulting in us being locked out of our rooms and requiring trips to the front desk. Not sure what kind of shady operation they are running there, but it is definitely not good for customer service. You will save time, stress, and probably money, by staying somewhere else.
