Very disappointed with this place given its other high ratings on here.
4.0Stayed here for one night on a road trip. Our room was spacious and the bed was clean and comfortable. The rest of the room however was not particularly clean and had an unpleasant smell. We concluded that as the motel describes itself as pet friendly that we must have been given a room that allows pets and that maybe this would explain the dirty looking rug and the smell. We mentioned this at reception but we were informed that our room was definitely not a pet friendly room. Staff were pleasant but I’d say the rooms need a serious overhaul. Would not stay again.

9.0Family suite was great. Room was clean and spacious. Pool area was lovely. Lots of seating!
− Family suite had a little table but only 1 computer chair for the whole room. Would have liked to have had at least 2 or 3 chairs for us to use at the table.
Overall I strongly recommend this motel. You get what you paid
8.0What I like is the location, the bus terminal, Tims, drugstore is just across the road. And a little walk there is pizza house. We booked the family suite for 2 nights & it was so clean & very spacious. I like the mini kitchen plus the living room. I felt like we hang out a lot in the living room than resting in the bedroom. And I loved their gigantic mirror in the bedroom. We enjoyed the pool, the kids & adult loved it. Pretty much we had the pool all by ourselves.
− Was hoping they are generous with bathroom tissue. However the staff was very polite that if we need anything just approach her & ask. I just didn’t bother coz we only stayed for 2 nights. They had a continental breakfast which is not bad.
Whole place needs a refresh but rooms are clean & breakfast was very good.

− Bed was broken. We were told that they were fully booked. Complained next day about the bed and the reception asked why we did not ask to be moved. Not sure where they could move us to as they were fully booked (?). Awful nights sleep. Breakfast was not real fruit juice and limited selection…
