8.0The location is the location...half a mile out of town ..no view of Harbor...but a beautiful Inn and property with history..My only complaint is reference to free breakfast.. no warm food or meat..
− Breakfast was uneatable for me...95% plant based...please scramble some eggs...provide warm link sausage or bacon..with a blueberry muffin...very simple and easy..

Wonderful setting, but breakfast awful and room could be upgraded a bit. Very noisy air conditioner

− The breakfast was very poor and should not be a selling point. This needs a serious upgrade and we feel it is a joke to even mention as part of the stay aspects.
Our New Englasnd tour which involved 5 different "stays" all in tis price range this was the finest!
