− Der ligger tre barer lige under hotellet så der var meget støj fra gaden om aftenen. Ikke musik, men bare mange folk der snakker og larmer. Men det havde vi læst om på forhånd og da vi selv var ude til sent, betød det ikke så meget. Ville dog aldrig komme der med børn eller hvis søvn er vigtig

1.0− We were genuinely looking forward to arriving and were expecting our room to be great, especially given the €160 per night price and the fact that the terrace was presented as one of the main features of the room. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, we noticed a number of issues that made the room far below the standard we expected. - The floor was dirty: the parquet was in such poor condition that we did not even feel comfortable walking barefoot on it. - The window was broken: when we tried to open it upon arrival, we realized it was not working properly. We spent around 15 minutes trying to close it again. - The terrace, which is supposed to be one of the main advantages of the room, was extremely uncomfortable. There were no cushions at all on the benches, making them practically unusable. - There were black marks and stains on the walls and furniture, giving the room a general feeling of poor maintenance. - The shower was already very difficult to open, and inside there was a plastic anti-slip mat that was absolutely disgusting, yellowed and blackened. It also appeared to be covering the fact that the shower floor itself was actually damaged/broken. - The shower gel was empty when we arrived. - The power socket on the right-hand side of the bed did not work. - The fridge was completely empty, there was not even a bottle of water provided in the room.

− No avisaron hasta el dia antes o no entendi que mo podia ingresar a dejar las valijas hasta las 9. Lo cual me resultó un poco incomodo. Pero no fue un problema mayor.
