Neeleshwar Hermitage is a wonderful, luxurious coastal resort for relaxation in North Kerala.
10.0The resort is set in a beautiful and quiet location beside the Arabian Sea in North Kerala. Situated in glorious landscaped gardens, the cottages which serve as rooms are very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The two restaurants serve delicious, individually prepared food and all the resorts friendly staff do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. if you just wish to sit and relax you can do so either on your cottage's private varanda or beside the magnificent infinity pool. If you are feeling more active, you can walk for as far as the eye can see along the deserted beach, borrow pedal bikes to cycle around the local area, visit the nearby historic fort or go further afield to explore Kerala's hill region, all of which we would recommend. The resort also provides a comprehensive spa where you can opt for a number of therapies and free yoga in the mornings or private sessions if you prefer.

Loved the place, but not the constant questions
7.0I stayed here for 4 nights, and overall, it was an amazing experience. The hotel is truly a peaceful haven, a little slice of paradise in India. The pool is incredible, the beach is stunning, and the property itself is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is generally friendly and attentive, but I did feel a bit uncomfortable with how insistent they were at times. They often asked where I was going, when I’d be back, which made it difficult to enjoy some privacy. Apart from that, everything else was wonderful. It’s a fantastic place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings.

10.0Beautiful property and amazing hospitality. Serene peaceful and a quiet break away from city life. Loved the concept of no TVs in the room and eco friendly everything- from water to shampoos -loved it. Food and drinks were awesome. Staff is just amazing. Loved the ayurvedic consultation and the recommended massage was brilliant. Can go sit by the beach. This is a public beach though so not maintained and during monsoon not safe for play or swimming. Can watch the beach from most of the cottages in the property. The cottages are amazing with the open to sky bathrooms. Complimentary yoga every morning is a bonus. Would go again. Infinity pool is lovely too.
