4.0The proximity to Masjid's Ladies Gate was highly advantageous.
− Not worth paying 350 riyals a day for a cold, disrespectful attitude from the staff and a complete lack of basic facilities.Parking was flatly denied despite plenty of empty space — and this was mid‑week, not even a busy period. The check‑in staff were cold, dismissive, and arrogantly uninterested in anything a guest needed.Basic amenities? None. No toothbrush, no tissue box, nothing. Housekeeping didn’t bother to appear until the third day, and only after repeated insistence. The rooms are cramped, the beds are so tiny they’re barely usable for an adult, and the overall setup feels like a cheap hostel pretending to be a hotel.The cleaning staff’s (Bengali boys) behaviour is sneakingly cheap and careless — the shampoo and body‑wash dispensers were faulty to the point that not a single drop could be used, forcing guests to buy their own. Their attitude is outright rude, and they clearly have no understanding of how to speak to or behave with guests. If they (bengali staff) cannot communicate professionally, they should stick to English or Arabic, instead of throwing slang around in Urdu like they’re talking to friends on the street.Their conduct inside the hotel is just as bad — they will slam the lift door in your face while hauling their supplies, which is ironic considering they barely clean anything during the stay.The bell boy completes the disaster: at checkout, he simply dumped the luggage on the road and walked off, not even waiting for the guest to load it into the car.This place operates with a level of negligence, arrogance, and disrespect that makes its “*‑star” claim laughable.
