9.0The location is 2km from downtown, but it's very convenient to take bus No. 2 to get there. The bus runs about every ten minutes. Since there's no supermarkets around the neighborhood, we bought food and drinks from downtown Coop. We like it clean and quiet, easy to cook, and easy to do the laundry.
− There is only one toilet in the apartment, so we have to take turns to take a shower and use the toilet. If there's an emergency, really have to hold it.

8.0Excellent location and great quirky character in the property. Very clean and well equipped kitchen and bathroom with shared clothes washing facilities
− Lack of comfy seating for 4 people. Slightly noisy with windows open - needed in the summer as property doesn’t have AC. 4th floor not a problem for us but with no lift could be a problem for some.

9.0The unit was nicer than I thought it would be. Very clean and comfortable. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk which was great! I do recommend ear plugs as the train line is close by and can be noisy if you need a sleep in.
