− The room was a desaster, the kitchen cupboard in terrible condition (broken), there were 2 hangers available, both broken

− Bed was missing leg. Heavy books left in room were used. TV didn't work. No coffee in room. No brochures re room. Booking.com stated no internet but info found by accident in bar gave WIFI password.
