8.0− Spijtig dat we twee nachten last van lawaai hebben gehad van de buren. Derde nacht hebben we wel een nieuwe kamer gekregen. Op internet staat geen kinderen maar blaffende honden mag dan wel. Dit vonden we spijtig .

4.0The room was large enough and comfortable, also the little terrace was perfect
− The hotel was nice overall, but a few aspects were disappointing. The property is called City Wellness, so we expected the spa services to be fully available. Unfortunately, there were no massage appointments available during our stay, and the only explanation we received was, “the girl is sick,” without any alternative solution or apology. We also asked the receptionist for some local recommendations, but he seemed annoyed by our question, which didn’t make us feel particularly welcome. Lastly, we were surprised to have to pay extra for parking the car inside the hotel. While this may be the hotel’s policy, it would have been helpful if it had been made clearer in advance.
We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. We would happily come back!
10.0We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is very dog-friendly, and our dog was warmly welcomed with a lovely welcome kit upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice balcony where we could relax. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The location is perfect for exploring the city center, with everything within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
− The only small downside was that there was no price list for the minibar in the room. As a result, we were surprised to be charged €11 for two bottles of water. It would be helpful to have the prices clearly displayed to avoid any unexpected costs.
We had a lovely stay and enjoyed ourselves.
10.0The hotel was clean and well maintained. The hotel was cozy. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. I liked that dogs were welcome to the breakfast area and in general the hotel was very dog friendly.

10.0Gorgeous property in the heart of Brixen. Relaxing garden to lounge in, indoor and outdoor pool and dining areas, spacious rooms, gorgeous view, excellent bathroom, and the friendly, hard working staff. Perfect stay!
