− When I arrived to check in, a man that had brought the place months ago said it doesn’t run as a retreat anymore. When I called the number for the property, the lady was telling me that the retreat hasn't been open since May 2025 and that booking.com had been informed many times. I am demanding a full refund as I had to find alternate accommodation last minute and offering me a quarter of my money back is unacceptable. Not happy.

− No fresh water to shower. Purchased bottle water to drink. No t.v. Kids sized bed in one room. Horrible breakfasts. Same both mornings. Dried out sausages.
