8.0The location is great. 5 mins walk to Taipei Main Station, 5 mins walk to the bus stop of shelter bus to Jiufen. Across the street there’s family mart. The staff are all helpful too. I lost my phone on the bus, and when someone called the hotel and said they found my phone, the staff helped me write down the address of where I should pick my phone up since I don’t speak Chinese. One thing that concerned me is the wall a lil bit thin. You can hear people talking from inside the room (and vice versa).

10.0The hotel room does not have any residual smell of smoke unlike other hotels which is a big plus. Although it is a bit loud on sewage systems, e.g. you can hear the others showering (use of water system), it is definitely good place to rest with its price tag and location.
