− مساحة الغرفة صغيرة جدا وحجم السرير صغير جدا مساحة الحمام صغيرة
فندق قريب المرجو الأخذ بالملاحظات فالهدف تحويد العمل ورفع من قيمة هذا الفندق الذي يستحق الأفضل .
9.0الفندق قريب جدا من الحرم من بوابة النساء رقم 25باب 338 تقريبا دقيقتين أو أقل اضافة إلى تعامل موظفي الاستقبال شكر خاص لعامل النظافة من بنغلاديش السيد محمد راسل على تفانيه في العمل وعمله المتقن واهتمامه بعمله وتعامله اللطيف مع الجميع دون استثناء الغرفة جد نظيفة ومرتبة كما نوجه الشكر لموظفي الاستقبال على تعاملهم الجيد سماحهم لنا بالدخول قبل الوقت مع ابتسامة كذا موظفي حمل الحقائب .ينصح بهذا الفندق لكبار السن والمرضى والغير قادرين على المشي قريب جدا من الاسواق لشراء الهدايا قريب من المطاعم ..
− الغرفة صغيرة جدا الانترنيت ضعيف جدا تعامل موظفي المطعم الميزانين غير لائق فيما يخص التميز بين الزبناء الفطور لا يتغير كل يوم نفس الاصناف حتى أننا خلال اقامتنا نعرف كل الاصناف قبل النزول النافذة لا تقفل التميز في تقديم طبق الفاكهة كنوع من حفاوة الاستقبال بعض الغرف تحضى بهذا الاهتمام وبعضها لاتحضى بهذا الشرف ولا نعرف السبب ورغم كل هذا فميزة القرب وتعامل موظفي الاستقبال وتعامل موظف النظافة وموظفي الحقائب ينسيك عناء ما سبق ذكره نحاول أن نعطي رأينا وهدفنا الاصلاح وفقكم الله للخير والصلاح

− كل شي تمام حتى الدخول المفروض الساعة 4لكن مشكور الموظف محمد والموظف طارق استلمنا الغرفة الساعة 2.اذا كان الاستلام مثل هذا وليس 4يكون افضل
