2.0− The elevator wasnt working & I had to carry several bags up the stairs.When I went to take a shower, the water sprayed everywhere from a loose shower head. I woke up to water leaking from the ceiling during a storm. When I went to go place a trash can & towel to catch the water I noticed the area it was coming in from had been patched an repatched countless times. My room got so humid there was condensation on my phone & my clothes all felt slightly damp. To top it off I noticed someone had flinked a booger onto the wall & it never was cleaned off. Arguably one of the worst stays of my life.

10.0NOT GOOD AT ALL. FOR THE BIG BEAUTIFUL HOTEL THAT FOOD IS NOT WORTH IT.
− JUST THE BREAKFAST AND THE LAUNDRY DID NOT WORK WE STAYED THERE 4 DAYS IN A ROW AND NO PLACE TO WASH OUR CLOTH
