8.0Smaller, quiet place a little outside the main strip. Price was great, and there was a nice hot tub and heated pool. However, the room was a little stale. We found a few small patches of mold on the toilet seat, one of the comforters had a very large brown stain, and by the end of the night both my wife and I were stuffed up with sore throats.

4.0I know I booked our stay last minute, but for the price I paid per night, there was no maid service and we were supposed to reuse our towels because they didn’t have enough cleaned. We were told they were out of towels for us to use at the pool and told we had to find our own. There was minimal toilet paper and we had to request more. They didn’t really clean our room as there was a large spider web under the table for our luggage and a spider in our tub. The day we were leaving we had no hot water as there was a gas leak that needed to be repaired.

6.0Everything very outdated. No microwave or coffee pot in room. Comforters are the same from the early 90s. When we checked in on the 4th of July (very busy holiday) we were told the pool wasn’t ready and the hot tub needed to be filled. Everything smelled “old” and mildewy, ceiling in the bathroom was peeling from water damage. No wifi besides in the office but it’s advertised as WiFi, community microwave in office but the office is locked after 9pm so if you want to heat anything at night forget it. No ice either. The gentleman had good customer service, was nice and wanted to help us I just feel like for a major holiday that is busy in Lake George they should have been more prepared. We booked ahead of time so they knew we were coming. Rooms, and bedding were clean, just OLD.
