Location

− The air conditioning in the bedroom was not working. The sofa stains all over it. The bathtub had no drained and didn't drain properly.

− Tub/shower was disgusting with glazing scraped off in many places, ceiling damaged from room above flooding at some point, wall and baseboard damaged from A/C leaking for who knows how long.

Location and pool area

− Room outdated, bad smell and musty odors, old and damaged furniture, bathroom and dining room table light fixtures 2 bulbs out, kitchen sink and stove filthy and smelly, bedroom window damaged and wrapped with some kind of plastic and tape, view out to the back full of construction material and debris looked like a garbage dump, bathroom tub bottom filthy, sink faucet had no water pressure and no hot water.
