Overpriced Spa, Unprofessional Staff, Complete Waste of Money
2.0Very Disappointing spa services My experience at Meritas Picaddle Resort was extremely disappointing. Despite charging a premium price, the spa experience was far from professional. The staff appeared uninterested, spent more time passing time than providing proper service, and their behavior was rude and unprofessional. There was very little attention to customer comfort or service quality, making the entire experience feel like a waste of money. I raised my concerns with the management, but instead of seriously addressing the issue, no meaningful action was taken. For the amount charged, I expected trained professionals and respectful customer service, but unfortunately received neither. I reported these concerns to management, but instead of addressing the issues seriously, my feedback was not handled appropriately and no visible action was taken. For the price charged, the quality of service and hospitality was far below expectations. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and improves staff professionalism, cleanliness, and service standards. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this resort based on my experience.
Superb Hospitality and Luxurious Hotel
10.0This is my second trip here, and trust me I m very Happy with the hospitality given here. The manager Jeevesh and restaurant people were too humble in nature and especially Jeevesh had helped me getting the room I wished to have. Thank u sooo much Meritas...ur hospitality has been commendable always..wish to come again in future
It was relaxing and gave value for money we spent.
7.0Actually we could not have breakfast as the spread had mix of veg and non veg. Our choice is purely vegetarian.
− Information about local site seeing should be on display. Also the food article kept in the lobby need to change.
Clothes stolen from our room.
2.0The resturant staff,the room boy(who gets the luggage from the car)And Sadhana at the booking office were pleasant to talk to. But they still haven't given me any feed back regarding my lost clothes.
− 1)The matress in room 115 was very uncomfortable. 2)My clothes were stolen from the room. 3)When we tried to complain .The. manager Jeevesh and another junior were very cooperative.While were talking another senior lady manager came and started shouting nobody will take your old clothes.That was very insulting . How did she assume my clothes were old?? And instead of apologising for the theft she started shouting.It is totally unacceptable behaviour.
