6.0It would have been a great experience had the pool and jacuzzi been open. They advertised heated pool and jacuzzi which is why we chose them. We repeatedly tried to get info on when would be open...to be told jacuzzi was open....ice cold!!! I should have left and found a more reputable place..not sure if I would go back..they couldn't be honest.
