− Security chain lock on door was broken. Deadbolt too shallow in door jamb. Carpet was wrinkled and dirty. Beds were hard and lumpy. Pillows hard and flat. Sheets were threadbare. Bathroom counter had burn marks. Toilet paper holder was broken, so toilet paper roll on top of toilet tank. Plastic cover on shower curtain rod cracked and peeling. Wall above had unrepaired holes in sheetrock.

7.0Friendly staff. Quiet large living room and separate bedroom. Bathroom and unit very clean. Comfortable clean bed.
The room was dirty, outdated, and in such poor condition that we cancelled & rebooked elsewhere.

− We were assigned a room in a building behind the main part of the hotel, and unfortunately, the condition of the room was far below our expectations. It was extremely dated and, more importantly, did not appear to be clean. The carpet was heavily soiled, the lamp shades had dust caked into them, and every chair in the room was stained to the point that I didn't feel comfortable sitting on them. There were also holes in the walls, which added to the poor overall impression. The bed was very hard and noticeably sunken in, making it seem like it would have been very uncomfortable to sleep on. After looking over the room, my wife and I did not feel comfortable staying there. We spoke with both the hotel and Booking.com, and ultimately decided to cancel our reservation and find other accommodations at the last minute. Based on our experience, we were very disappointed and would not choose to stay here again.

6.0Nice large field for dogs to run and play.
− Tv reception was bad. All the pixels on the top quarter of the TV were blown. AC did not work well. Bathroom was not very clean.
