10.0Milé překvapení, personál, pokoj, jídlo, klid, ochota, od první chvíle jako doma, děkuji Ceny a kuchyně vynikající, snídaně moc dobré, nápadité, domácí. Sem se budu rád vracet.

8.0Výborná poloha, dobré snídaně. Měnili jsme na poslední chvíli termín, dostali jsme tedy mensi pokoj, ale predem jsme to vedeli a se zmenou nam vysli vstric.
− Nebrat karty v roce 2026 mi pripada absurdní. Bohuzel v Harrachove velmi caste, ale najdou se solidní vyjimky. Mrzelo nas to, nehazi to proste dobre svetlo na podnik. Kdyz to jde jinde, proc ne tady?

10.0Pěkný pokoj,dobrá postel,brzská snídaně . Jel nám dřív autobus a nechali nás nasnídat před oficiálním začátkem snídaní Na jednu noc před přechodem Krkonoš super ubytování. Výborná restaurace,stavili jsme se na oběd i na konci..
Lepší průměr, wellness fajn.
7.0Pokoj hezký, wellness bylo moc pěkné a snídaně dostačující.
− Na pokoj jsme dostali několikrát toaletní papír, který byl zřejmě po jiných hostech z půlky vypotřebovaný, špatně odtékal sprchový kout, polštáře už hodně opotřebené. Večer do 23h kravál z restaurace pod okny a celý týden brzo ráno zavážka potravin do restaurace a opět tím pádem nechtěný budíček- penzion je u hlavní silnice a v létě při otevřených oknech je to hodně znát. 2-3 dny ok, ale celý týden jsem se nevyspala a když se k tomu přidají hluční zahraniční hosté , nic moc, ale to je spíš umístěním hotelu- majitelé s tímto nic neudělají. Škoda, že při snídani nebylo k mání rostlinné či bezlaktózové mléko.
