Aangenaam verblijf.
10.0Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en lekker eten. De kamers liggen verspreid op een kleine heuvelrug en zijn verbonden met groen, paden, terrassen. Komt bij aanvang wat onoverzichtelijk over. Bereidwilligheid van het personeel compenseert veel.
Unfortunatelly not the best experience we had
4.0First the positive : it is well located, you're in the middle of the forest, in the Ourika Valley, it's all peace and tranquillity. Unfortunatelly, they had not received the reservation done via this website, so they were not aware of our arrival. They still were able to give us the rooms - thanks. Now the less positive : - The hotel staff was really not welcoming at all. We had the impression that we were disturbing more than anything else. I think we were the only clients at that moment, perhaps we were ruining a quiet evening they were planning ? - Albeit the rooms being reasonably large, they were not very inviting : the beddings are old and not terribly clean - We were able to connect to the Wifi net, but things stopped there : no way to connect to the internet / mail / ... - Unstable water in the shower (hot / cold / ...) So, all in all, we unfortunatelly cannot recommend the place. The worst was really the feeling of not being welcome at all.
