有種被騙的感覺，感受不佳
5.0升級的房間有比較滿意，但一開始入住就感受很差。所以整體下來很還好
− 這次入住體驗真的不是很好、早餐很普普不值得200塊😀 不確定房間設置在公有地下停車場旁是否符合相關規範，但實際看到時，真的讓人覺得安全性令人擔心。 一開始服務人員先帶我們看需要加價 600 元的房型，之後才帶我們到原本預訂的房間。原本的房間需要從公有地下停車場的一扇門進入，裡面只有兩間房間。看完後，服務人員還主動表示：「這間可能對你們來說比較危險」，並詢問我們是否要直接加價 600 元更換房型。 接著帶我們去看加價房型時，發現房間已經事先開好冷氣，因此不免讓人產生疑問：是否一開始就有打算引導客人加價升級？ 此外，原本預訂的湯屋與官方網站上的照片也有明顯落差，實際環境和預期不符。整體入住過程讓人感受不是很好，也希望業者能更誠實呈現房型資訊，並改善現場引導加價的方式。
