Ok stay. A few issues - apartment was a little dirty - fold out couch was filled with food scraps and mattress protector badly stained. Existing damage - hole in cupboard door. Carpets in hallway making doors difficult to open. Shower very very slippery - layer of slime on tiled floor. Advertises laundry facilities but only has a washer - no dryer. Gutters overgrown with weeds.

the upstairs units are separated by a door - they are quite noisy and you can literally hear every word - when the other people come back after 10 pm drunk talking loudly and laughing for hours it is less than ideal - then to walk down to depart Saturday the down stairs child throwing rocks at my car ....... people are do disrespectful

This was a mixed bag. Beautiful location within a 5 minute walk to shops, cafes and movies. However we had a number of issues with the room. Fridge stopped working while we were there. The noise from the apartment upstairs kept us awake at night. Some of the furniture looked damaged. Not suitable for a family of four as no ensuite and just one toilet and shower.
