Amazing! Our family fell in love with a place!
10.0I don’t know where to start. The location is really good. The views are amazing, the nature around, the pool, the evenings there was just amazing. There is everything you could think of there. This location was in the middle of our Italy road trip, so we just relaxed, did not leave the property at all. It was so refreshing, calm, relaxing experience. I don’t even want to start about the host. We loved him! Recommend 100%. 10/10, if I could, it would be 15/10! Hope to get back one day.

10.0A wonderful place to stay in Tuscany, perfectly located for exploring all the most beautiful attractions in the region. The house, apartments, and the entire property are maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Everything is spotless, beautifully cared for, and designed to make you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and equipped with excellent air conditioning. The interior perfectly captures the authentic charm and atmosphere of Tuscany. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking, with endless vineyards stretching across the hills. Just around the corner, you’ll find several wineries where you can enjoy excellent local wines. Montepulciano is only a few kilometers away, making it an ideal base for discovering this wonderful part of Tuscany. What truly makes this place special, however, is Raffaele, the owner. His passion for this property is evident in every detail. He is incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cares about every guest. His hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We had a fantastic vacation here and would love to come back. Thank you, Raffaele, for creating such a beautiful and special place!

Дом просто шикарный, кондиционер работает отлично, внутри есть абсолютно всё необходимое. Бассейн идеальный — чистый и без сильного запаха хлорки. А какие виды открываются с территории — просто сказка! Мы остались очень довольны отдыхом, рекомендуем на все 100%!

10.0The house is situated in a very beautiful area, on top of a hil, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and the panoramic view is very nice. The host, Raffaele, is a great guy, always there to help and offer advice, provide lists of restaurants, places to visit etc. The pool is a big plus, our son liked this the most :). There is also a small playground for families with children in the garden.
− Nothing really. Maybe just the opening hours of the pool would be good to be extended a bit, perhaps 8am to 9pm instead of 9am to 8pm, during summer :).

10.0Cudowne miejsce wśród winnic i gajów oliwnych położone na wzniesieniu z pięknymi widokami. Ośrodek bardzo czysty i zadbany. Na zewnątrz mnóstwo miejsc do relaksu: altanki, hamaku, fotele bujane, stoliki - idealnie, żeby posiedzieć z książką, spędzić romantyczny wieczor we dwoje przy toskańskim winie, czy też by spędzić wesoło czas w gronie przyjaciół. Basen średniej wielkości, ale zupełnie wystarczający, codziennie czyszczony, dookoła sporo leżaków (dla wszystkich zawsze starczy miejsca). Apartament przestronny, można zachować prywatność. Jest urządzony w toskańskim stylu, z pełnym wyposażeniem kuchni do samodzielnego gotowania. Na gości czeka zestaw powitalny. Od poniedziałku do soboty na parking podjeżdża mobilna piekarnia - fantastyczna sprawa. No i najważniejsze: właściciel obiektu to niesamowity człowiek, który dba o gości jak o własną rodzinę. Jest przemiły, ciepły i bardzo pomocny. Pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z gospodarzem z takim sercem do ludzi. Polecamy z całego serca każdemu. Kto szuka spokoju, pięknych widoków i prawdziwej włoskiej gościnności.
