− w bliskiej odległości budowa nowych obiektów. hałas od wczesnych godzin rannych. sypialnie nie posiadają drzwi więc wszyscy użytkownicy zmuszeni są do spania w tych samych godzinach. nieczynna restauracja- szkoda

10.0Cisza i spokój,kameralny hotel z niewielkim basenem i saunami, w sam raz na weekendowy wypad. Blisko wyciągu oraz głównych szlaków. Nie ma w nim może masy atrakcji, ale to akurat zaleta.Przy śniadaniu cisza, w strefie spa również.
