2.0I tried calling owner several times throughout day we were arriving to tell them we were going to be close to end of check in time. No one answered and voice mail box was full so couldn’t leave a message. I messaged the owner thru Expedia as well with no response. We got there and lights were on in the house and in back. I went to front door and thankfully looked down after climbing porch steps as all the porch boards were removed and it was dark so could have been a disaster. The Hitching Horse sign was laying on the ground along the side of the house. Then I walked down and around the back door was unlocked. I yelled inside then walked into house announcing my arrival. There were 4 bedrooms upstairs all the lights were on and the beds had been slept in and not made up. There was a basement with lights on but I did not go down there. So after a long day of driving we had to find another place to stay. Was not a great experience.

6.0The property’s outdoors was not kept up, the room temps were hot, no breakfast was served, never met the owner and all the doors leading into the B&B were always unlocked (not safe) Did speak with the owner Deb and we are supposed to get a discount , but she has not connected with me yet

2.0No one was there to check us in. Waited close to a half hour- called the number at the desk 6 times. Mailbox was full, so we left. Very poor customer service.
