6.0Der Garten im Hinterhof mit Pool und die Architektur mir den Verbindungstreppen hat uns gefallen. Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend.
− Zimmer und Bad waren schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war eher so mittel. Viele Langzeitmieter

7.0The pool is nice, the breakfast was suffice and the balcony area outside our room was pleasant. It’s also downtown so you’re near some good food streets, bars, Korean food. a mini C mart, and also The Block ran by a Frenchman in one of the side lanes. Naked Espresso Botanica does great coffee. Also, Patrick at the front desk was helpful without being pushy.
− The ashtrays near the pool hadn’t been cleaned. The fact that people were smoking near the pool isn’t cool plus hoiking (spitting) was ugly. Some of the staff could have more personality too. The place looks a bit dated and tired - locks in the bathroom are barely functional and the smell sometimes is not the best.

− The facilities were dated and though not dirty, they were dusty and malodorous. Daily cleaning was cursory.
