This is a guesthouse i read the details before i book so i knew what i was booking it is not a hotel so if you are looking to stay at a hotel try marriot,spanish court etc because people dont understand that a bookingsite advertise different properties. My stay here was lovely samantha is a wonderful host she ensure i was well taken care of and had all the neccessary info to enjoy my trip.The room was clean and modern and bed comfortable continental breakfast was fullfilling i would stay here again for sure.

I booked this property with my sister to be closer to family in Kingston and I’ve never regretted it so much. Upon arrival the staff was not very welcoming she was more board and uninterested. I booked a one bedroom which was basically in reception where the staff was I have never seen anything like it in my life, this made me feel like I had no privacy as every morning I got up there was staff right outside my door. The receptionist gave me a book of rules to sign which was not on the website when I booked, these rules consisted of: No guest are allowed in your room i booked for 2 persons so only 2 people where aloud in the room secondly all guests that come and see you have to report to the pool they are not allowed anywhere else in the hotel, at the pool there are 3 broken chairs which should be moved for health and safety and around 2 working chairs. Any guests that come and see you have to leave the premises by 9PM. There is only one designated location for smoking which is by the pool with no ash tray and no chairs or bins. I was then told by different members of staff you couldn’t smoke by the pool or balcony so it was very confusing. I had several incidents with the security at the front gate which was not addressed by the manager or any of the main working staff in the building. There is slim, black, bold man who kept on watching and sexually Harassing me and my younger sister. He would talk sexually to me and watch me from different angles of the hotel

I hated the fact the hotel showed available rooms allow you to book and confirm room an upon arrival no one is at the gate and no one is answering the hotel phone it was a terrible experience

The staff was rude in spend 8 days there only one time the supervisor came in help me clean the room in i caught food poisioning now i'm going to hoapital the food is terible same brrakfast everyday in they dont serve enough if the manager is sick theres no breakfast but anyway they terrible i will never go therr

Didn’t like that there wasn’t any cable and I was told that there was gonna be be cable. But everything else was okay.
