10.0Perfect location for our favorite places to go in Newport/Middletown: Flo's Clam Shack, Second Beach, First Beach. Included eggs and bacon/sausage and home fries Bfast (other choices) and free parking. Quiet room.

Nice getaway
10.0Nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Away from the crowds at the waterfront. Easy parking and breakfast in the morning.
Excellent and our go to place going forward
10.0The Inn was perfect. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Family owned. Very clean and the included breakfast was delicious. It well located. Near our favorites Flo’s Clam Shack, Cliff Walk, Easton Beach and downtown Newport all within 5-7 minutes away. Definitely will be staying there again.
