8.0Best location in the area. The rooms were clean and spacious, which was perfect for our family.

5.0We stayed here because of the limited options for 1 night lodging. The location was very good. The lady at checkin was nice.
− The condition of this hotel is very poor. The room was supposedly renovated but it was sub standard. The odor upon entering the room was terrible, moldy smelling. The bedding was acceptable but smelled heavily of bleach. The condition of the door, the floors, the off-set toilet seat, the shower head encrusted with lime, the fallen leaves on the patio, all made for a poor experience. The worse was the overall very bad smell in the room. And the doors are old and dirty. We woke up very early and were very happy to leave. Wouldn’t stay here ever again. Since the rate was non refundable we had to stay the night. We travel a lot and sorry to say this is the most pitiful hotel.
Best Accommodation in Old Town, Fl.!!
10.0The location was perfect and convenient for us. They are under renovation right now, but clearly, they will be making a lots of improvements. Very nice couple manages, and they are delightful. They were so accommodating and friendly. I got hugs from "Santa" when I left. That statement will make sense after your visit.
− Not enough lights in the room. The shower didn't work properly.

− No Place in the room to sit other than on the bed. No breakfast options. Pricey with no amenities other than a view.
