2.0I did not go as I'm 3 and 1/2 hours away. I could not reach them on the phone; tried 20 times; so I wasn't sure anyone was there. I want my money refunded.

6.0Extremely small, Ac was cold, room was supposed to be a double bed and they called saying they didn’t have a double bed (why did it let me book one) but I had no choice. I had to take the king bed. They were supposed to give me, but it ended up being a queen.. can you imagine me my boyfriend and three teenagers in a extremely small room with a queen bed my 16 year-old wanted to sleep outside in the car smh. As soon as the sun came up, my kids were ready to go!
