− Das Frühstück sollte dringend überdenkt werden, sehr schlecht. Einfach sich Gedanken machen und das ganze schöner gestalten. Leider wurde uns bei der Ankunft nichts erklärt, wo befindet sich was genau. Wir mussten alles suchen gehen. Betten sehr unbequem und Alt auch hier eine Investition wert.

3.0Resort staff Victoria is very helpful and responsive. Quiet and peaceful.
− Resort is very dated and not well maintained. Spa and gym both closed. Only 1 restaurant opened and the chicken from the curry served 1 night was frozen cold. Told the chef and he simply take it back to reheat it up (and the dish ended up being overheated and dry). Zero service recovery. I got the most horrifying bug bites all over my body; resort said its not bed bugs but sandflies from beach. I am a beach lover and have been to countless beaches around the world and have never experienced this before.
It was fun.

− Hygiene of the pool. Breakfast menu can be improve. Eg scramble egg to be added.
Good to know
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated individuals are allowed to check-in to our resort. Your vaccination Digital Certification must be presented upon check-in. Kids 12 years old below are allowed to check-in, dine in and use swimming pool with fully vaccinated parents. 12 years to 18 years old are allowed to check-in, dine in and use swimming pool (MUST have 1 dose vaccine).
Remarks:
2 weeks after 2nd dose in a 2-dose series for Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Sinovac vaccine OR;
28 days after a single dose vaccine for Johnson & Johnson and CanSino vaccine.
A deposit may be required at the property.
