6.0It's beautiful,but you need to have your own car,or hire a car. The place is a little bit further from almost everything.
− The staff was unfriendly. I had spoken with Melissa before my trip to Mauritius, but she stopped replying to my calls and messages before I arrived. I also struggled to secure a taxi to the airport despite having paid for one in advance, and Melissa remained unresponsive. Moreover, the property felt unsafe: on our final day a man attempted to force his way into our villa, and when we reported it, no one took us seriously.

8.0Location was very good. Stay was comfortable. Excellent view, Sense of calmness all over. Absolutely relaxing stay,
− The hygiene standards left room for improvement. Over the weekends, there was no housekeeping staff available to clean the premises or manage waste collection. Additionally, neighboring houses were disposing of their garbage in the common bin, which was located directly outside our main entrance. This resulted in a persistent foul odor and an unpleasant environment. In my view, consistent cleanliness is a fundamental expectation in any hospitality-related business, and essential services like cleaning and waste management should be maintained throughout the week—including weekends.

Very disappointing experience.
1.0Location was good.
− Place unhygienic. Was stuffy when we got there. Couches wasn’t cleaned in a long time. Cupboards smelt mouldy. Toaster, microwave, oven, pots, extractor fans was dirty (to mention a few).
Beautiful, quiet, very comfy place
10.0Everything was perfect. Quiet, beautiful place. Our apartment had 3 bedrooms and couch, perfect for 6 people, was clean, bedrooms very cute and comfy beds, equipped kitchen and grill and we were impressed about the security and private parking. We felt safe.
− In the bathrooms was a weird smell, maybe because of all the wood that gets wet and the shower cabin a bit dirty and in the living room the couch was a bit messy and dirty. The pool was a bit dirty too. But this didn't bother us much, maybe just to take care more of those things.
