8.0시설은 낡았지만 전반적으로 관리가 되고 있는 느낌. 뷰가 좋았습니다. 시내권(속초) & 주변 항구(대포항, 물치항) 차량이동 접근성도 무난합니다.

낡고 바랜듯한, 왕년에 고급이었을 옛 호텔 체험
8.01970년대 말에 지어진 오래된 건물. 아마도 80년에는 고급 호텔이었을 듯 하다. 낡고 바랜듯한 80년대 영화속 옛 호텔 같은 분위기 이다. 객실 상태는 오래되었지만 가능한 깨끗하려고 노력한 것처럼 느껴졌고, 프론트 직원분은 친절했다. 아침, 창밖에 바로 길 건너 매우 가깝게 보이는 바다 풍경은 불편한 점들을 잊게 해준다.
