The place to stay in Vientiane Laos!
10.0This hotel made me feel right at home. The staff was professional warm and welcoming. Everything that I asked help with. They were able to assist me. They were kind enough to direct me to stores that needed to travel to. I like the accommodations. Everything is very clean. To free breakfast is out of this world tasty especially the omelet. I'd give him more than five stars If I could.
Charged for a supposed upgrade to being near a construction site
4.0When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a third floor room, that when I opened the curtains to the balcony, I was faced with a brick wall. I kindly asked the management if I could move rooms which they did move me to the seventh floor only to have a construction site buildingday and night. This has made the stay at this hotel, most unpleasant and on top of this I was also charged 70USD for the supposed upgrade. The only thing that was better was the view over Vientian, but this was mad by construction workers overlooking my room and constant noise from building work nowhere in the promotion of this hotel was this explained.
