2.0I was locked out of the property. I need my refund. I informed the owner yesterday sept 24 that my flight arrives at 8:30 pm. I got to the property at 8:38pm and there was no one. I ran the doorbell m, knocked called and no one responded. Fortunately the taxi operator waited and took me to another property not to have me out in the cold

4.0The attendant was rude and loud. We stayed here because we missed a flight and she came knocking on the door multiple times to ask if we found a flight. She also told us that we need to get data on our phones because she is will cut off the WIFI. She also had poor personal hygiene.

2.0This hotel was just convenient but I won’t stay here again. I got to the hotel and provided my booking details and I was told they got no booking for myself but after checking they found it. I got to the room and it wasn’t what I was expecting :( the tv was so far in a corner etc

2.0Host is terribly and unnecessarily rude to us and the persons responsible for dropping us there and making sure we’re okay and settled. One of us was feeling ill and needed some hot tea after a long day of travelling and she refused to give us hot water.
