6.0Es liegt gut, mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Mit Gepäck etwas umständlich aber so ist es. Fahrstuhl hat dieses mal funktioniert. Ein Kühlschrank war vorhanden und ein Wasserkocher mit Teebeutel, Zucker.
− Die Fenster gehen nur einen Spalt zu öffnen und das bringt leider nicht genug Frischluft. Der TV ist sehr klein eher ein Computer Monitor. Ansonsten 4 Tschechische Sterne = 3 Sterne Deutschland und Uralt- Charme.

8.0Pokoj čistý, velikostí vyhovoval, pokojovou službu jsem nevyužila, recepční ochotní, stejně jako personál v kuchyni. Snídaňová nabídka pestrá.
− Nepodařilo se mi připojit k Wi - FI heslo nefungovalo, tak jsem vyřizovala potřebné u přátel v hotelu PUPP.

10.0Ein wunderbares Hotel, in das wir bereits zum zweiten Mal zurückkehren. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt im Zentrum. Das Hotel überzeugt mit einem schönen, angenehmen Interieur und einem sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal. Insgesamt haben wir uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
− Das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage könnte an besonders heißen Tagen problematisch sein. Außerdem wäre eine Verbesserung der WLAN-Qualität wünschenswert.
