− Pillows were like bags of packing peanuts, no air conditioning in 90 degree plus temps

− Wouldn't accept any Credit Card. Cash only!!!! Front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. (no help with bags to or from lower level parking) 3-4 people always at desk but no one available to help with bags. No AC and tiny fan (approximately 8") did not oscillate or have more than 1 speed. It did not move any air in the room. Only 1 electrical plug could be located in the room. The fan and TV were plugged into it so no plug for chargers. Only overhead lighting, no bedside lighting. You could see up through shower ceiling all the way to the roof...open to outside air/bugs, noise, and people! Mattress looked and felt like it was 50 years old. Super uncomfortable. Towels were old and worn. I liked absolutely NOTHING about this hotel. And you would never find it based on the photo's in the listing!!!!
